PUBLICA\u00c7\u00c3O DA DECIS\u00c3O COREN-MA N\u00ba 143, DE 13 DE JULHO DE 2026 \u2013 CUMPRIMENTO DA PENALIDADE DE CENSURA<\/p>\n

Em cumprimento \u00e0 Decis\u00e3o COREN-MA n\u00ba 143, de 13 de julho de 2026, proferida nos autos do Processo \u00c9tico-Disciplinar SEI n\u00ba 00235.334\/2025-COREN-MA-PE, ap\u00f3s a observ\u00e2ncia de todos os tr\u00e2mites do devido processo legal, com fundamento no art. 18, inciso III, da Lei n\u00ba 5.905, de 12 de julho de 1973, e no art. 94 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Cofen n\u00ba 706\/2022, o Conselho Regional de Enfermagem do Maranh\u00e3o \u2013 COREN-MA torna p\u00fablica a decis\u00e3o do Plen\u00e1rio, proferida na 646\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria de Plen\u00e1rio, realizada nos dias 08 e 09 de julho de 2026, que aplicou ao enfermeiro JHONNATAN RICHARD BORGES SILVA, inscrito no Coren-MA sob o n\u00ba 506.386-ENF, a penalidade de CENSURA, em raz\u00e3o da emiss\u00e3o de documento contendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es inver\u00eddicas acerca do estado de sa\u00fade de paciente custodiado, sem respaldo nos registros cl\u00ednicos e administrativos, conduta que comprometeu a fidedignidade da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o de enfermagem e a credibilidade da profiss\u00e3o, configurando infra\u00e7\u00e3o aos arts. 24, 61 e 86 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Cofen n\u00ba 564\/2017 (C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica dos Profissionais de Enfermagem).<\/p>\n

Por meio desta publica\u00e7\u00e3o, o Conselho Regional de Enfermagem do Maranh\u00e3o REPREENDE PUBLICAMENTE o enfermeiro JHONNATAN RICHARD BORGES SILVA, Coren-MA n\u00ba 506.386-ENF, em raz\u00e3o da infra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9tica apurada e reconhecida no referido Processo \u00c9tico-Disciplinar.<\/p>\n

A presente publica\u00e7\u00e3o constitui o cumprimento da penalidade de CENSURA, consistente em repreens\u00e3o p\u00fablica divulgada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o e no s\u00edtio eletr\u00f4nico do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem do Maranh\u00e3o, nos termos do art. 94 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Cofen n\u00ba 706\/2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
